Five processes, one supplier

All five run in the same plant, so a board goes from bare PCB to wired sub-assembly without changing supplier.

  • PCB assembly

    Automatic pick-and-place of surface-mount components from reel onto your boards.

  • Reflow soldering

    Oven soldering of SMT boards with a controlled thermal profile, set for each board and solder paste.

  • Selective soldering

    Through-hole components on mixed-technology boards, soldered point by point to limit heat on parts already mounted.

  • Cable harnesses

    Wires cut, stripped and crimped by machine, then assembled into harnesses to your drawing.

  • Custom displays

    Display boards and display modules built to your specification.

From your files to finished boards

  1. 1. Files

    Gerber, bill of materials, placement file and quantities. The list in the quote section covers what we need.

  2. 2. Review and quote

    We check the files and the BOM before quoting and ask you about anything that is missing.

  3. 3. Production

    SMT placement and reflow, then selective soldering, wiring and display assembly as the job requires.

  4. 4. Inspection and shipping

    Finished boards are inspected, packed and shipped to the address you give us.
